On 2 July 2012, I wrote an article on What is wrong with Mozilla Firefox in which I clearly mention that being a great mozilla fan why I and people just like me are forced to switch towards Google Chrome and what we all hope from mozilla.
Guess what? Just a week after this, Mozilla launched Firefox with totally revamped user interface, add-ons and plugins. Seems like one of the Mozilla Firefox guys read my article. Mozilla Firefox Update 13.0 is bombarded with so many things that will surely blow your mind.

If just like me, you also started using chrome recently, well it’s the time to get your Firefox back. And if you don’t have mozilla installed on your computer, you can it download from this link.
Lets have a look at some of its new exciting features:
Welcome Screen:

The new welcome screen gives you all the options on a single page. Now you don’t need to go and search into different options. Your downloads, bookmarks, history, add-ons, settings, previous sessions are all on the same welcome screen. Simply click on any of the options you want to use and Firefox will serve you a popup or new tab accordingly.
New Tabs

Not only the welcome screen, the new tab option has also got new styles. The new interface now presents you with previously browsed web pages. So now you don’t have to go to the history and search for the page, simply open a new tab and look for the previous pages. If this doesn’t serve your request, well there is another option on welcome screen from where you can get the full list of your history.
Add-ons

Although, there are not many new add-ons added, but with new add-on showcase I am very much hopeful that mozilla aims for this too.
The new update seems to offer pretty much more things than earlier versions and I really seem like doing more with this new Mozilla Firefox.
Enjoy. Be a Geek.
